You do a fantastic job separating background from foreground with the limited tools at your disposal. Black and White is such an interesting theme for me. I also dig The Horse's Expressions all throughout. On Ned, it's obvious how he feels and what he's thinking because his helmet warps to accommodate. Is his design in anyway inspired by Colonel Claypool's Bucket of Bernie Brains? Their "The Big Eyeball in the Sky" album art looks like Ned.

Looks like something Pixar produced. that's a MASSIVE compliment, the simple head and wacky proportions are very reminiscent of "The Incredibles." Sexy stomach area too. Soft shadows combined with good hair definition is something I struggle with personally.. You always put out really fun and creative artwork. And to think I clicked on this because I mistook it for the Sexy Bowling Pin Meme.
